We operate similar to a small business, and our brothers are the main driving force behind its success. Brothers run for offices, develop and implement plans and policies, and take on responsibilities. This aids in the development of skills such as personal and group reasonability, time management, and organization. The opportunities of leadership are endless in our organization.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon is a NON-HAZING fraternity. Hazing is a demoralizing and inhuman act that all Greek organizations should look down upon. One of the most important reasons why most of our members joined SAE is because they did not want to join a fraternity that incorporate hazing.
While Sigma Alpha Epsilon is the largest social fraternity in the nation NETWORKING plays a huge role in our lives during and after college. SAE's are employed in all types of fields and are always looking to hire men who believe in the same values they do.
You came to college to get a degree. Our SCHOLARSHIP program works with our members to help enhance their academic success and become better students.
