Sigma Alpha Epsilon's The True Gentleman Scholarship awards recipients with a $500 scholarship to be used for tuition, living expenses, books, or any other financial need. We are looking to award a student who exemplifies the qualities of a gentleman. For this, we hold no GPA or SAT/ACT requirements to apply for or receive the scholarship, only that you can show that you hold the willingness to uphold yourself as a gentleman.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon is the nation's largest fraternity, having initiated more men than any other social fraternity. The fraternity's creed, The True Gentleman, has changed the lives of thousands of college men and is something we strive to follow in our daily lives.
Please remember that there is no requirment to join Sigma Alpha Epsilon in order to recieve the scholarship.

Criteria: |
The candidate must be an incoming, freshman, male student registered at Bowling Green State University for the 2008-2009 academic year. |
Scholarship Amount: |
The recipient will receive a $500 scholarship to be used as needed. |
Obligation: |
Recipients will not be required to join the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity in order to be awarded the scholarship. |
Determining Recipient: |
The brothers of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity will carefully review each application and determine who will be awarded with the scholarship. |
